Fair Motel

A quality stay for a great rate. The rooms are spacious, the showers are hot, and the bed is great. To top it off, there are four or five WiFi access points to choose from. One might think the proximity to Rt 17 would be detrimental but the road noise was barely perceptible even on the south side. Were I on the west side, I would expect zero noise.

As far as $90 motels go this is the taj ma hal. Very clean and good staff. Excellent value for the money. I was blown away by the clean bathroom and fully finished room. Very happy with my money being spent here

Nothing spectacular. It's a budget friendly motel in North Jersey if you just need a no frills room for the night. There's a Quik Chek convenience store 2 minutes down the road. I recently stayed here because the hotels in New York City were too expensive. It's about 30 minutes outside New York

Love this place! Spacious rooms. Decent price clean. Drive right up to your room and offload a few feet away from your door! T.v needs work to little channel z No wake up call from front desk. Alarm clock in room but no instructions on how to use. No soap in room light in needs to be improved no dimmer switches it's either bright or total darkness no in between.

A great value. Room was very clean, smelled great and no unwanted creatures ( if u know what I mean. LOL). New tv and a good, firm matress. A bit of traffic noise but not unbearable. Slept well.

I stayed here last week, for a business trip. Nice, private rooms and it is quite nice inside. Priced right and the staff was friendly. My only gripe is that due to how close it is to the road, you hear trucks going by all night. I over came this by turning on their heater/ AC provided in room. Over all, a great experience and well worth the price.

We stayed here for a night! $97 inlcuding tax for a queen size bed. Pretty resonable price. The room is very clean. The shower place was too small but not bad. I would go here again (better than a cheap priced hotel)

The room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfy and the sheets were clean. Microwave and refrigerator are provided in the room. No shampoo in the room..no problem I asked at the front desk and it was provided to me. As far as some of the reviews were saying they heard the cars on route 17, I can honestly say that I did not hear the traffic from my room. Coffee is provided in the office in the morning. I would recommend the Fair Motel.
